Unique to DancEast, Perfect Fit is a conditioning class that promotes flexibility and agility, while building strength and stamina. By combining components of a traditional dance class with the physical challenges of a fitness class, Perfect Fit gives participants the best of both worlds. It is the perfect way to challenge the mind and condition the body.
Recommended attire for Perfect Fit:
Comfortable clothing such as leggings, dance shorts or sweatpants, sneakers (indoor, no dirt or gravel on soles) or bare feet. Hair should be tied up off of the face in either a ponytail or bun.
Stott Pilates – Mat and Barre – The goal with Stott Pilates exercise is to strengthen the postural muscles while achieving optimal functional fitness. Pilates can increase strength, flexibility, mobility, balance and trunk which gives the rest of the body a structurally solid base to function from.
