2.5-3 years old: First Dance
4 years old: Primary Ballet 1
5 years old: Primary Ballet 2, Hip Hop Jazz
6-7 years old: Primary Ballet 3, Hip Hop Jazz, Tap 1, B’Boy Hip Hop 1, Ballet 1, Lyrical Beginners
8-12 years old: Ballet 2, Hip Hop Beginners, Jazz Beginners, B’Boy Hip Hop 2, Lyrical Beginners, Tap 2
Teen/Adult: Ballet Teen/Adult, Hip Hop Teen/Adult, Lyrical Teen/Adult, Jazz Teen/Adult, Tap Teen/Adult

DancEast’s perfect fit is a fitness and conditioning program, designed specifically for adults. Adapted from the principles and strategies used by professional dancers to develop their physical capacity, perfect fit promotes flexibility and agility, adjusts posture and alignment, and builds strength and stamina.
This program is structured to provide an hour of purposeful physical activity per day, three times per week. Body Tune-Up, Zumba/Dance Fusion, and Perfect Fit together form the perfect fit components that add a fun, social, and healthful dimension to your life.
