Lyrical
Lyrical is a fusion of contemporary dance, ballet and jazz. Highly expressive and emotional, Lyrical choreography often portrays a story.
Recommended attire for Lyrical:
Girls: a bodysuit and footless tights or leggings, bare feet or demi-slippers like “Foot Undeez”. Hair should be tied up off the face in either a ponytail or a bun.
Adults: yoga pants, shorts, t-shirts or tank tops, bare feet or demi-slippers like “Foot Undeez”. Hair should be worn up off the face in a ponytail or bun.
Modern
